At JDA EXPERT LEGALTAX, S.L.P. we treat the information provided in order to manage the relationship of our company with scholarship holders in the framework of collaboration with educational entities in all its aspects, including those associated with the payment of remuneration, such as the realization of payroll, tax returns, registration in the Security Social, etc…

During the treatment period, JDA EXPERT LEGALTAX, S.L.P. communicate your data to the Social Security and the Tax Agency, by legal obligation, as well as to banking entities for direct debit and payroll. Likewise to other companies of the group where the scholar must perform his duties.
Also, in JDA EXPERT LEGALTAX, S.L.P. we will have the collaboration of third party service providers that in each case we have been able to hire and that, for the provision of this service, it may be necessary that they have access to your personal data, but that they will treat them with all the legal guarantees required, following our instructions and previous subscription of a data protection contract in which we demand, among others, to treat the data exclusively for the agreed purposes, to apply appropriate technical and organizational measures, as well as to suppress and return the data at the end of the service.
