Cristina Díaz, JDA group advisor participates as a speaker at the edition of «Jueves de Diálogo» organized by Club de Golf Vallromanes

On May 23rd, Cristina Díaz, tax-lawyer advisor at JDA/SFAI group, participated as a guest and speaker at the “Dijous de Diàleg” edition organized by the Vallromanes Golf Club. Díaz spoke to business executive assistants about the implications and recommendations that must be considered when creating, acquiring or selling a company. Furthermore, it took the  advantage of the opportunity to debate other realities such as the tax residence in Estonia or Andorra.
